Shipping Policy

After your booking is confirmed and payment is arranged, most ready pieces ship within 3–7 business days.

Hand-painted mugs, original paintings, and custom work may need additional production time. We'll always share an estimate before you commit.

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your city and the courier partner.

You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

We ship internationally on request. Delivery times and customs duties vary by country and are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Fragile items — ceramics, paintings, and similar pieces — are packed with protective materials to survive transit. If something arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 7 days.

If tracking shows unusual delay or your parcel is lost, email orders@khayaalbypree.com and we'll work with the courier to trace it or arrange a replacement where possible.
